What a great experience with Eric. Attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Picked us up at Jarvis, lunch at V. Sattui, out to Calistoga for a recharge and then Mumm’s before heading back to the hotel. Not a hiccup and knows all the roads.

I had booked Apex for a bachelorette party in Napa and I must say that the whole experience was excellent! Our group was picked up in SF and dropped off in South Bay and the whole trip went off without a hitch. I highly recommend Sasha who was impeccable throughout the trip. The limo itself was very clean, classy and luxurious. We got complimentary bottles of champagne and Sasha was very timely, super friendly & respectful. While we had some wineries picked out, Sasha was knowledgeable enough to guide us on the sequence of wineries to visit which was very helpful. Will definitely recommend Apex & Sasha to anyone planning a similar experience.

We had the best tour, ever!! Our driver, Aziz was excellent-he met ALL of our expectations and answered all of our questions. He was a very safe driver and was able to point out important facts during our tour. I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed!!

This is a very dated review, but I am inquiring to use them again for my bachelorette party because Bruce was SO wonderful when we visited Napa and used Apex Transportation back in the summer of 2018. Bruce was so knowledgable and didn’t bat an eye at my ridiculously crammed itinerary. He was timely, interactive and made our trip that much more special. I would highly recommend them and I hope to use them again this August!

I made a reservation kind of last minute – Friday for a ‘girls afternoon out’ in Livermore at 3 of my favorite places.  Eric was our driver and he was excellent.  Attentive but not intrusive.  I had originally planned on maybe 4 hours but we used the whole 6 and got back in the nick of time.  It was so lovely.  I gave him timeframes for each place and he helped keep us on track.  Eric arrived about 10 minutes early (as any good limo does (IMHO) and was delightful.  I would use Apex again for sure and would request Eric if I could get him.  Great afternoon.  Thanks Apex and Eric.

We had Aziz as our limo driver for both Saturday and Sunday! He did an absolutely amazing job!! He took great care of us and was so friendly throughout the trip! We will be back to Napa soon and we will definitely use Apex again and will request Aziz to be our driver!

I reached out to Alex on yelp for my son’s prom the week before we needed the limo. He responded within 15 mins and was very professional and patient with all my questions. My sons friends ended up booking a 6 passenger limo and they showed up with a 2020 9-seater. The limo was beautiful–clean, well kept, and in excellent condition. It was fully stocked with water and soda. The driver, Sasha, was friendly and explained what to expect for the night and how to play music to the kids from their phones. He gave us his cell phone number just in case. We checked out several companies and their prices are very competitive and lower than most. I highly recommend Apex limousines. We will definitely use them again.

Wonderful experience. Alex our driver picked us up at the hotel. He communicated throughout the trip and kept us on time and helped changed times when we enjoyed ourselves for longer than expected. The limo was well stocked, clean and modern. Don’t hesitate, book it and ask for Alex.

Our driver/host, Peter, was absolutely phenomenal!! Our group contracted with Apex Limousine Service to have Peter for two days, visiting several Napa Vally and Sonoma Valley vineyards. Peter is such a wealth of knowledge and information, in not only the wineries and surrounding areas, but also in food/restaurant suggestions! He treated us like royalty, and was very gracious and attentive to our every desire/need! Peter is an exceptional complement to Apex Limo, and I highly recommend both for your next adventures! Kudos…..and well done, Peter!!

We booked a 3-car sedan from Apex to drive us around Napa because we heard Uber service could be spotty and expensive.  We were upgraded to a limo for free and provided with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, spirits, and bottled water.  We had already booked our wineries, but our driver, Peter, was incredibly helpful and checked us in at each place, plus made sure to get photos of us.  Additionally, when we had some free time before reservations, he recommended we go to Oakville Wine Merchant to try some wines during our down time.  He was incredibly prompt, responsive, and helpful.  Plus, he was the perfect balance of friendly but not obtrusive (very important for us introverts, as that was the whole reason we did a private tour).  I highly recommend Apex and Peter!

We just spent 2 amazing days with Peter in Napa Valley! He made our experience better than we could have imagined. He was extremely knowledgeable as well as a complete gentleman. He listened to our schedule and added many wonderful suggestions. Peter went above and beyond to make sure our trip to Napa was epic!

We visited Napa celebrating our anniversary along with another couple celebrating their anniversary as well. We booked a 6 passenger limo. The driver, Peter, called me that morning and introduced himself, as well as his precise arrival time at our hotel.
Peter was incredibly professional, very knowledgeable of the area and the wineries, made great suggestions for lunch and photo opportunities, and overall was just such a wonderful guide and driver for the day!

We loved our experience touring Napa wineries for the day with Eric. We booked an SUV for 8 hours and made it to 4 stops in Napa with pickup and drop off in SF. Eric was punctual, professional, friendly, accommodating, and got us everywhere we needed to be efficiently and safely!
The car itself was lovely and comfortable and Eric let us play our music and put up with our giggles and silliness all day long with a smile on his face.
I also commend Apex for the ease with which I was able to book the service. They seem to have a large fleet of cars, were easy to talk to on the phone, and have comparable pricing with other private car services in the Bay Area.
I would definitely work with Apex again and will be requesting Eric for sure!
